Atsuki Matsuda, Engineer
—What made you to join GPTRACK50?
At first, I considered applying because the company was developing an original IP consumer title in Osaka using Unreal Engine, and the ability to work from home several days a week appealed to me.
The final deciding factor was that a friend of mine had worked with members of this company in the past and commented that they were a trustworthy group of people.
—What are your impressions of the GPTRACK50?
In this workplace, individuals have a lot of discretion, and each member plays multiple roles in a small development team. Therefore, as a leader, you will have a lot of responsibility and be required to make a variety of decisions.
I also find it challenging because I can work in various sections such as design, implementation, planning, management, and communication, and it is an environment where I can make the most of my diverse skills.
—Do you have a message for those considering joining GPTRACK50?
Since we are a small elite team, we are looking for proactive individuals who can not only make proposals but also execute them.
In addition, it is important to be willing to provide support when you see a difficult situation, even if you are not involved.
I believe that people who can tackle development with “the success of our game depends on my own efforts” attitude are very well suited for this company.
